Prior to On Target Fitness, I would work out at the gym and not get any results which was frustrating and led to lower motivation. I also didn’t know what to do and thought 30 minutes on the treadmill was a good thing.
I decided to take a challenge at On Target Fitness that I saw online and give it a shot. Two years later I’m still here and have increased my strength, lowered my body fat, learned a new way to eat that I love, and actually enjoy getting up for 5am classes because it’s a community and a group of new friends that has become the best part of my day!
In my 1st 3 weeks I went from being able to hold a plank for under 2 minutes to 4 minutes! I lost some weight but I also found muscles that I had forgotten about and felt more mobile, agile and energized. The workouts are always different, fun but challenging, and the people are the best part. The coaches know everyone and they teach form and precision and the results are measurable!
There is a level of accountability that I need and want. The coaches email and stay on top of things. I even have folks that will text me and hold me accountable for getting to class! This is not your run of the mill treadmill workout. Crawling, jumping, slow, fast, high, low, strength, cardio..... it’s a recipe of variance, growth and results!
